Pictures don't do it justice. Lovely wee place with loads of vegan options, helpful owner and food turned out to be delicious. This was my first time trying cecina / farinata and I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavour. We got a sandwich with salsa Verde and guacamole and it was really flavoursome (although not packed with ingredients). Overall delicious enough that we tried to go back the next day in the morning to grab some extra sandwiches for the train but unfortunately it wasn't open yet. Great place if you're looking for quick vegan and authentically local snack on the go- Servizio

Grazie Patrycja per le belle parole che hai utilizzato per recensire la nostra attività...🥰 Spero che l'appunto tra parentesi "anche se non troppo ricco di ingredienti" tu lo abbia valutato come un pregio e non come un difetto... 😄 Cerchiamo di dare equilibrio agli ingredienti utilizzati per esaltare tutti i sapori delle farciture, per cercare di non fare miscugli e pastrocchi senza senso, per esaltare tutti i sapori e soprattutto per non coprire troppo il delicato gusto dell'ingrediente protagonista che è appunto la nostra cecina, al fine di dare una sensazione piacevole ed insolita al palato 🤗

I ordered us a Mickey's (gorgonzola and onion) and a Diavolo (peppers, onion and a little chilli sauce). Both were absolutely delicious. Enjoyed chatting with the owner while he made our sandwiches, and we will certainly be back to try the rest of the selection over time. Apart from anything else, it's wonderful to find a place in Pisa (and Tuscany) where vegetarians can pick absolutely anything off a menu.
For fellow foreigners, if you haven't tried cecina before and are in Pisa, check this place out. You won't regret it!Risposta del proprietario

Riquísima. Y me recomendó probar “Spuma” que es una delicia de bebida con gas sin alcohol. Los precios varían según lo que le quieras poner. El entrepan común con sólo cecina ronda los €5.
Lugar pequeño, con mesas altas fuera y barrita dentro. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Devo essere sincera che quando si mangiano piatti della "tradizione" vegani mi si riempie il cuore di gioia, avere un posto del genere in una città e regione che basa molto del suo turismo sullo sfruttamento animale (come del resto, tutta l'Italia) mi dà speranza in questa scelta e nell'umanità. Una delizia per il palato, prezzi non eccessivi, io ho preso il botanico e l' ho pagato 9 euro circa.

Having a place like this in a city and region that relies so much of its tourism on animal exploitation (like all of Italy) gives me hope for this choice and for humanity. La foto non rende assolutamente giustizia alla bontà di questa cecina (avevo fretta di mangiarla). Veramente una delle migliori mai mangiate in vita mia, e mi considero un giudice molto severo in materia. 10/10
